摘要： 患者男，62岁，因全身泛发性红色结节伴瘙痒7年于2020年10月27日就诊于中南大学湘雅二医院皮肤科。2013年初无明显诱因躯干、四肢起皮疹伴瘙痒，当地按“湿疹”治疗稍有好转。2013年7月中旬被蜈蚣咬伤右下肢并出现皮肤红肿，在当地医院诊治后红肿消退……
