摘要/Abstract

摘要： 放线菌是一种单细胞原核微生物，常导致软组织慢性或亚急性肉芽肿性炎症［1］。近几十年来随着实验室鉴定方法的进步，许多新的放线菌种被发现并报道与身体多部位感染相关［2］。其中，对人致病性较强的为衣氏放线菌，苏黎世放线菌（Actinomyces turicensis）的致病报道较少，国外学者报道的苏黎世放线菌感染主要表现为乳房脓肿［2?4］，而国内学者报道的苏黎世放线菌感染主要表现为耳廓感染和剖宫产术后复杂性腹腔感染［5?6］。随着医疗卫生条件的进步，临床上已经极少发现因苏黎世放线菌导致的非创伤性感染，我们诊治1例免疫力正常的中年男性臀部皮肤苏黎世放线菌感染……
