皮脂腺异位症一例

摘要：

报道一例皮脂腺异位症。患者女，14岁，右耳后丘疹2年就诊。皮肤科检查：右耳后可见成簇稍隆起的针头大黄红色丘疹，部分融合成斑块，境界清楚，质中等，触之有粗糙感，无压痛。皮损病理活检提示为异位皮脂腺。

Abstract:

We report a case of ectopic sebaceous glands.The patient was a 14-years-old girl presented with papules after the right ear for 2 years.A physical examinantion disclosed multiple, barely elevated, discrete yellow papules on the skin after the right ear.microscopically,the papule was proven to be ectopic sebaceous glands.
