Burows楔形推进皮瓣在鼻翼沟周围皮肤缺损的应用

摘要：

目的 介绍应用Burow`s楔形推进皮瓣修复鼻翼沟旁唇颊部皮肤缺损的经验和体会。方法 在遵循皮肤肿瘤切除和面部美容分区修复的原则基础上，应用Burow`s楔形推进皮瓣修复鼻翼沟旁唇颊部皮肤肿瘤切除后遗留的创面，上方楔形三角的切口线内侧在鼻翼沟，下方的楔形三角的切口线内侧在平行于鼻唇沟的皮肤皱折处，使术后的切口线尽量隐蔽。结果 本组共21例患者，鼻翼沟周围皮肤缺损面积最大2.0cm×5.0cm，楔形三角底边最长1.5cm。术后皮瓣全部成活，外形美观。随访2年，未见复发，效果满意。结论 利用Burow`s楔形推进皮瓣修复鼻翼沟旁唇颊部皮肤肿瘤切除后遗留的缺损，术后可获得满意的美容修复效果。

Abstract:

Objective Our purpose is introducing the experience and comprehension of application of Burow`s wedge-shaped advanced flap for repairing of cheek and lip skin defects around alar sulcus . Methods Follow the principles of the skin tumor excision and facial cosmetic units to repairing and use Burow`s wedge-shaped advanced flap for repairing of cheek and lip skin defects around alar sulcus caused by skin tumor excision. The top of the incision line was along alar sulcus, and the parts below the incision line was parallel to nasol-abial groove and skin wrinkle. The incision line was concealed as much as possible after surgery. Results 21cases were treated, the maximum of cheek and lip skin defects around alar sulcus was 2cm×5cm, The width of the triangular wedge-shaped was up to 1.5cm. After surgery, all flaps were survived, and their shape is good. Followed up for 2 years, no recurrence, it provides an excellent cosmetic and functional result. Conclusion By using Burow`s wedge-shaped advanced flap for repairing of cheek and lip skin defects around alar sulcus after the skin tumor excision , we could get excellent cosmetic and functional result.
