盐酸依匹斯汀治疗人工荨麻疹多中心开放研究

Epinastine hydrochloride for the treatment of dermatographism: a multicenter and open study

摘要：目的 评价盐酸依匹斯汀治疗人工荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法 多中心开放实验，采用盐酸依匹斯汀与氯雷他定对比。结果 治疗的组痊愈率54.1%，总有效率82.4%，对照组痊愈率45.8%，总有效率71.6%，两组总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)，两组均无明显不良反应。结论 盐酸依匹斯汀疗效优于氯雷他定，安全性与氯雷他定无显著差异。

Abstract:

Abstract Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Epinastine to treat dermatographism.Methods An open multicenter investigation was conducted to compare Epinastine with Loratadine.Resultes The cure rate of experiment group was 54.1%,and total effective rate was 82.4%.The cure rate of control group was 45.8%, and total effective rate was 71.6%. There was significant difference between the two groups of total effective rate(P<0.05) ,and no significant difference of adverse effect.Conclusion The curative effect of Epinastine was better than Loratadine,and there was no significant difference of safety between the two grops.
