星状神经节阻滞治疗头面部带状疱疹性神经痛39例

摘要：

【摘要】目的: 探讨星状神经节阻滞治疗头面部带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法:对于头面部带状疱疹急性神经痛VAS7分以上患者给予星状神经节阻滞治疗，治疗前进行VAS评分，并于末次阻滞后1、2、4周进行随访并作VAS评分，进行疗效评价。结果: 所有患者在首次接受星状神经节阻滞治疗2~5分钟疼痛症状基本消失或明显缓解。第二天随访VAS仍在5分以上者作第二次甚至第三次阻滞，总有效率达100%。结论:星状神经节阻滞是治疗头面部带状疱疹急性神经痛的有效方法。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Objective Explore stellate ganglion stellare block were facial herpes zoster neuralgia head of clinical curative effect. Methods: To head facial herpes zoster neuralgia VAS7 points or more in patients with acute give stellate ganglion stellare block were conducted, before treatment VAS rating, and in the end time after block 1, 2, 4 weeks and follow-up VAS grading, efficacy evaluation. Results: All patients in first to accept stellate ganglion stellare block were 2 ~ 5 minutes pain symptoms disappeared basically or significant relief. The next day follow-up VAS still in five points above even for the second third anesthesia，the total effective rate was 100% Conclusion: Stellate ganglion block is the treatment of acute head facial herpes zoster neuralgia effective methods.
