重复皮肤扩张术治疗头部先天性巨痣一例

摘要：

目的 探讨一种修复头部大面积皮肤软组织缺损的有效方法。方法 采取皮肤扩张术治疗头部大面积先天性黑色素痣等皮肤良性损害，对一次性皮肤扩张术不能完全治疗的患者，待前期切口愈合后，采取重复扩张术再次扩张治疗，直至皮损被完全切除。结果 本例患者经三次重复扩张术治疗后，头部皮损被基本切除,取得满意的效果，未发生并发症。结论 重复皮肤扩张术是目前治疗大面积皮肤良性软组织损害的理想方法。

Abstract:

Objective To explore an effective method of scalp massive damage repair．Methods Patient with giant lesions of pigmented naevus on the head,was treated by skin tissue expansion．The one whose lesions couldn’t be completely removed in the first expansion was treated repeatedly with reexpansion (6 months after the healing of the previous incision) at the same part of the donor skin,until the lesion was fully excised．Results The patient was treated by three times of expansion and obtained satisfactory results at last. The lesion was almost completely removed in our case. No obvious complications were observed．Conclusion Repeated expansion is an excellent method to repair massive benign soft tissue defects in dermatological surgery at present．
