干细胞相关因子p63、CD44、CD200在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达

Expression of stem cell related marker P63, CD44 and CD200 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma tissue

摘要:

目的 研究皮肤鳞癌组织中肿瘤干细胞与干细胞间关系。方法 通过免疫组织化学方法检测组织干细胞表面标记p63,CD44, CD200在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达。结果 p63及CD44具有相似表达模式,在高分化鳞癌组织中主要表达于肿瘤边缘,越近肿瘤组织中央,阳性细胞数明显降低,肿瘤中央为阴性,低分化鳞癌组织中表达分布比较弥漫;而在皮肤鳞癌组织中未见cd200阳性细胞,肿瘤周围部分淋巴细胞及血管内皮细胞阳性着色。结论 皮肤鳞癌组织中可能存在由组织干细胞失调控形成的肿瘤干细胞,但二者之间存在基因表达差异。

Abstract:

Abstracr Objective To explore the relationship between cancer stem cell and adult stem cell. Method Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect expression of stem cell related marker p63,CD44, CD200 in squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Results: Similar expression pattern of p63,CD44 was found in SCC, which showed that most positive cells located in out layer of the tumor and decreased near center of well differentiated SCC. However, positive cells were scattered in poor differentiated SCC. CD200 were not seen in SCC but in lymphocyte and endothelia of vascular adjacent tumor. Conclusion: we proposed cancer stem cell derived from dysfunction of normal adult stem cell could locate in SCC, while CSC has different genes expression compared with adult stem cell.
