自体颗粒脂肪移植术17例临床分析

摘要： 目的 观察自体颗粒脂肪移植在局部皮肤软组织缺损或凹陷治疗中的应用。方法 对17例不同部位、不同原因所造成的皮肤软组织缺损或凹陷，采用自体颗粒脂肪移植，分1 ～ 5次注射，每次注射2 ~ 130 mL，两次间隔3 ～ 4个月。每次注射过度矫正30%，随访6 ～ 12个月观察疗效。结果 采用颗粒脂肪移植治疗面部、乳房、肢体皮下软组织的缺乏或继发性萎缩，术后颗粒脂肪虽有一定的吸收，但经多次注射治疗，结果医患双方均感满意。结论 自体颗粒脂肪移植手术后，无排异反应，是一种治疗皮肤软组织缺损或凹陷的有效手段。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of autologous fat globules transplantation in the repair of skin depression or defect. Methods Seventeen patients with skin depression or defect caused by various reasons and localized, at different body areas, were managed with autologous fat globules transplantation. A total of 2 - 130 mL autologous fat globules were injected every time with an excess of 30% over the original depression or defect volume. Patients were given 1 - 5 times of injection with an interval of 3 - 4 months. All patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months. Results The skin depression or defect in the faces, breasts and arms was treated successfully with the transplantation. Though about 30% of the fat globules could be absorbed after each transplantation, both patients and surgeons were satisfied with the effects after repeated injection. Conclusion Autotransplantation of fat globules is a safe, effective and convenient approach to repair skin depression or defect.
