摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨CD4⁺CD25^bright调节性T细胞在梅毒患者免疫学变化中的作用。方法利用流式细胞仪和单克隆荧光抗体检测梅毒患者外周血中CD4⁺CD25^bright调节性T细胞在CD3⁺CD4⁺辅助性T细胞(Th)中的比例。结果血清固定组梅毒患者外周血中调节性T细胞比例较正常人对照组显著增高(P<0.01),而一期、二期及潜伏梅毒患者调节性T细胞比例与正常人对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组梅毒患者外周血调节性T细胞比例与血清RPR滴度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论梅毒患者外周血中CD4⁺CD25^bright调节性T细胞比例增高造成的免疫抑制可能在梅毒血清固定的发生中起着一定的作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the levels ot CD4⁺CD25^bright regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with syphilis.Methods Flow cytometric analysis was employed to study the surface antigens (CD3,CD4,CD25) of T cells in the peripheral blood of 78 patients with syphilis.Results The proportion of CD4⁺CD25^bright regulatory T cells was significantly higher in patients with sero-resistance than in healthy controls (P<0.01),while no difference was found between the patients with primary,secondary or latent syphilis and healthy controls (P>0.05).The levels of CD4⁺CD25^bright regulatory T cells were not correlated with the titer of rapid plasma regain test in syphilitic patients (P>0.05).Conelusion CD4⁺CD25^bright regulatory T cells may play an important role in the pathogenesis of sero-resistance in syphilitic patients,likely by immunosuppression.
