摘要： 目的 探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者抑郁情绪障碍与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法 采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)对60例CA患者进行情绪评定,并比较分析了抑郁者与无抑郁者的外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)产生白介素2(IL-2)的能力、天然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。结果 CA患者的SDS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),抑郁障碍的发生率为43.33%。CA患者中治疗时间长者(>3个月)比治疗时间短者(≤3个月)抑郁均分显著增高(P<0.05)。具有抑郁情绪障碍者,PBMC产生IL-2的能力、NK细胞活性明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 CA患者存在明显的抑郁情绪障碍问题,且抑郁者细胞免疫功能低下。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the possible association between depression and cellular immunologic status in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA). Method Depression was assessed with the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the activity of natural killer (NK) cells, the interleukin-2 (IL-2) produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were measured in 60 patients with CA. Results The SDS scores in patients with CA were significantly higher than those in the controls (P<0.01), and 43.33% of the patients were affected by depression. The mean scores of depression among patients with long duration of treatment (> 3 months) were significantly higher than those in patients with short duration (≤3 months) (P<0.05). In patients affected by depression, the level of IL-2 produced by PBMC and the activity of NK cells were significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Patients with CA are usually affected by depression and the cellular immunologic status is usually impaired among the patients with depression.
