22种中草药有效成分抗真菌研究及新剂型应用

Study on Antifungal Action of 22 Effective Components of Chinese Herbs and Application of New Preparations

摘要: 目的 进行22种中草药有效成分抗真菌研究及利用葡苷聚糖的特性制备新剂型.方法采用试管内药基法进行实验及电镜观察.结果 β-松油烯、松油烯-4醇、二氢姜黄酮、姜黄醇、桉叶醇、柠檬醛、丁香酚具有强抗真菌作用 (MIC 10~0.009μg/mL).结论中草药成分单体抗真菌研究能更好地阐明抗真菌机理,葡苷聚糖可作为一种新型涂膜剂的重要原料,许多特性值得皮肤科医生加以利用.

Abstract: Objective To study antifungal action of 22 effective components of Chinese herbs and develop a new preparation for topical use.Methods Dermatophytes and Candida were cultured in the Sabouraud's media containing different concentrations of effective components of Chinese herbs to determine the MICs of these components.Trichophyton rubrum treated with different effective components was examined by transmission election microscope.Results β-terpine,terpinene-4-ol,curdione,eugenol,geranical,eitral,and cineole were observed to have strong antifungal action(MIC 10~0.009μg/mL).Conclusion The monomers of the above herb cmponents and konjacmanan might be used for the treatment in dermatology.
