解脲支原体中药药敏试验

Observation of Antibacterial Activity of 156 Chinese Medicinal Herbs Against Ureaplasma Urealyticum in Vitro

摘要: 为了探讨中草药对解脲支原体的抗菌作用,我们应用微量稀释法测定了156种中草药对14株解脲支原体国际标准株(每型各1株)的体外抑制效应。结果表明,解脲支原体对黄柏、白芷、地肤子和大黄等有较高的敏感性。其MIC90≤7.81mg/ml生药;对甘草、板兰根、黄莲、穿心莲和鱼腥草等敏感性次之,其MIC90为15.63~62.5mg/ml生药;对苦楝皮和益母草等敏感性再次之,其MIC90为62.5~250mg/ml生药;对黄芩、旱莲草和车前草等,在较高的浓度(15.63~250mg/ml生药)时,也有少数解脲支原体株敏感;对其余141种中草药不敏感;其MIC90>250mg/ml生药。因此,中药在解脲支原体感染的防治上具有重要价值。

Abstract: In order to study the antibacterial activity of Chinese medicinal herbs to Ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu),we examined the inhibitory effect of 156 Chinese medicinal herbs to 14 standard strains of Uu by microdilution method in vitro.The results showed that Uu had a higher sensitivity to Cortex phellodendri,Radix angelicae dahuricae,Fructus kochiae,Radix et rhizoma rhei(MIC90≤7.81mg of dried medicinal herbs/ml);a moderate sensitivity to Radix glycyrrrhizae,Radix isatidis,Rhizoma coptidis,Herba andrographitis,Herba houttuyniae(15.63≤MIC90≤62.5);a lower sensitivity to Cortex meliae,Herba leonuri(62.590≤250);a certain sensitivity to Radix scutellariae,Herba ecliptae, Herba plantaginis at higher concentration(15.6≤MIC90<250);not sensitive to other 141 Chinese medieinal herbs(MIC90>250).It is our opinion that Chinese medicinal herbs are of momentous signficance in the treatment of Uu infection.
