Study on the Serum Level of Interleukin 10 and Its Relationship with Interleukin 2 in Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum

摘要： 为了研究白介素(IL)10在尖锐湿疣(CA)发病机理中的作用及其与IL2的关系,我们采用双抗体夹心ELISA技术检测24例CA患者血清IL10水平,其中19例同时作了IL2水平测定.结果发现CA患者血清IL10水平比正常人显著增高(P<0.05),IL2水平降低(P<0.05);IL10与IL2间呈负相关性(r=-0.894,P<0.001),说明IL10对IL2产生有明显的抑制作用.本实验证明,CA患者存在着细胞因子产生失衡所引起的一系列细胞免疫反应抑制效应,在CA发病机理中起着重要作用.

Abstract: In order to study the role of interleukin(IL) 10 in pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum(CA) and relationship between IL10 and IL2,we used double antibody sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of serum IL10 level in 24 patients with CA.Among them,serum IL2 level in 19 patients was also measured simultaneously.
