不同地区的淋球菌菌株的营养分型和青霉素敏感性研究

Auxotypes and Penicilin Susceptibility of Neisseria gonorhoeae Isolates in Diferent Regions

摘要： 为了了解国内不同地区流行的淋球菌菌株的营养型特点,以及淋球菌营养型与耐药性的关系,采用自制的营养分型培养基对1994年在武汉和南京两所医院所分离的淋球菌进行营养分型研究,并以琼脂稀释法测定淋球菌菌株对青霉素的敏感性.结果发现,武汉的41株菌中Proto型占60.9%,Pro-型占34.1%,其它型占5.0%.南京的75株菌中Proto型占57.3%,Pro-型占40.0%,其它型占2.6%.在南京的34株Proto型菌中,耐青霉素者占71%;17株Pro-型菌中,耐青霉素者占82%.这说明了两地区淋球菌菌株的营养型分布情况基本一致.两种主要的营养型对青霉素的敏感性也无明显差别.将淋球菌营养型与耐药型结合起来,能更好地反映一个地区的菌株流行状况.

Abstract: The distribution of auxotypes and the relationship between auxotypes and penicilin susceptibility of Neiseria gonorhoeae isolates in diferent regions in China were evaluated.The auxotypes of gonococal strains,which were isolated from two hospitals of Wuhan and Nanjing,were determined by diferentiation media prepared by our laboratory.
