系统性红斑狼疮与溢乳症

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Galactorrhea

摘要: 为了证实系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)伴溢乳症的情况,我们自1994年5月至1995年4月检查了48例住院的女性SLE患者,发现9例(18.8%)伴有不同程度的溢乳,年龄20~45岁,其血清泌乳素检测为45.86±28.84ng/ml,另外39例无溢乳者的血清泌乳素水平为21.43±14.92ng/ml,两组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。对溢乳者进行随访治疗,大部分病人经用皮质类固醇激素和免疫抑制剂治疗后.其溢乳随着病情的缓解而减轻或消失,血清泌乳素水平也随之下降。可见它们与SLE的疾病活动相关。但是,在治疗前溢乳组和非溢乳组的主要内脏损害无明显区别,这说明溢乳的存在并不反映疾病的严重程度.而可能是SLE的一种内分泌系统表现。

Abstract: This paper first reports on systemic lupus erythematosus with galactorrhea.From May 1994 to April 1995,we checked 48 female in-patients,in whom we found 9 cases,aged from 20 to 45 years,with various degrees of galactorrhea.The serum prolactin levels of 9 cases with galactorrhea were 45.86±28.84ng/ml and those of the rest 39 cases without galactorrhea were 21.43±14.92ng/ml,P<0.01.After following-up of the patients,we found that most patients treated with corticosteroid and im-munosuppressive agents galactorrhea modified and subsided,and their serum prolactin lowered as well. However,there was no apparent distinction in the involvement of main internal organs between the group with galactorrhea and the group without it.It indicated that galactorrhea and serum prolactin were parallel to the activity of the disease,but the appearance of galactorrhea did not reflect the severity of the disease.It may show that galactorrhea is one of the manifestations of the endocrine disorders in systemic lupus erythematosus.
