斑秃皮损性激素受体的检测

Determination of Sex Hormone Receptors in Alopecia Areata

摘要: 用荧光素类固醇激素结合法对21例斑秃患者和16例正常人头皮组织雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和雄激素受体(AR)进行对照研究.结果显示斑秃表皮基层PR高于正常人(P<0.05),汗腺分泌部AR显着低于正常人(P<0.01).皮损毛囊外根鞘ER、PR显着增多(P<0.01),AR无变化,毛母质细胞出现ER、PR和AR阳性表达,而正常为阴性;斑秃毛乳头ER、PR和AR显着降低(P<0.01);立毛肌和皮脂腺上ER、PR、AR在两组间无显着性差异(P>0.05).

Abstract: Estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and androgen receptor (AR) assays were performed with fluorescent steroid hormone conjugate technique in 21 patients with alopecia areata and 16 controls.All specimens were taken from scalp biopsies.In patients with alopecia areata, the percentage of PR staining cells in the hasal layer of the lesions increased (P<0.05), and the percentage of AR staining cells in the secretion portion of sweat gland decreased significantly (P<0.01).The percentages of positive ER, PR staining cells in the outer root sheath of lesional scalps were significantly higher than those of the controls (P<0.01).The positive ER, PR and AR staining cells were seen in the bulb matrix of lesion, whereas in normal scalp the bulb matrix showed no ER, PR and AR staining.The positive ER, PR and AR staining cells of bulb papilla in lesions decreased significantly (P<0.01).There was no significant difference of the ER, PR, and AR staining cells on arrector pill and sebaceous gland between the patients and controls.
