男性和女性系统性红斑狼疮对照研究

摘要： 对39例男性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者和120例女性患者的临床特点进行了对照研究.结果发现,男性SLE患者的发病年龄、临床表现与女性患者基本相似,但男性SLE患者初发症状单一,面部蝶形红斑发生率及ANA阳性率较女性SLE患者低(P<0.05),神经系统受累则高于女性患者(P<0.05).从发病到确诊的间隔时间及到出现肾损害的间隔时间均短于女性SLE患者(P<0.05).发病后5年内的死亡率男性组高于女性组(P<0.05).提示男性SLE病程进展较女性患者快,预后较差.

Abstract: A comparative study of systemic lupus erythematosus in 39 male(MSLE) and 120 female (FSLE) patients was carried out.The results showed that,in MSLE,the mean age at the time of disease onset was similar to FSLE,and the clinical features were nearly the same as those in females,except that the first signs of MSLE were less complicated than those of FSLE,malar rash occurred less commonly in MSLE than in FSLE(P<0.05),and the positive rate of ANA was lower in males than that in females (P<0.05).The rate of nervous system involvement was higher in males than that in females (P<0.05).It was also shown that the interval between the time of disease onset and the time of diagnosis was shorter in MSLE than in FSLE (P<0.05).In male patients the renal involvement occurred more early,and the death rate was higher 5 years after disease onset(P<0.05).These results suggest that MSLE is more progressive and prognosis poorer.
