摘要： 将ABC-ELISA用于实验性烟曲霉感染兔血清中烟曲霉多糖抗原的检测,灵敏度可达2.4ug/L.用本方法检测20份经组织学证实的侵袭性烟曲霉感染兔血清,全部阳性,而30份健康兔血清、10份白念珠菌败血症血清,用本方法检测,仅2例阳性.根据组内变异系数(6.7%)和组间变异系数(8.6%)判断本方法具有较好的稳定性.

Abstract: ABC-ELISA was established to detect aspergillus carbohydrate (AC) antigen for the diagnosis of aspergillosis.The assay was able to detect AC antigen as low as 2.4ng/ml.20 sera from experimentally infected rabbits with histologically proven invasive aspergillosis showed positive results,only 2 serum demonstrated to be positive among 30 healthy rabbits and 10 sera from rabbits with systemic candidiasis.The coeffcient variations of in the group (6.7%) and between groups (8.6%), showed that the assay has a good reproducibility.
