摘要： 将2种用途、3种剂型,共32份化妆品进行多次皮肤刺激试验的结果进行半定量分析,发现多次皮肤刺激指数等分分级同组织病理检查积分等分分级呈直线正相关(r=0.997,P<0.01).提示可以通过多次皮肤刺激指数分级和组织病理检查积分分级来衡量化妆品刺激性的大小,也可作为化妆品质量优劣的评价标准之一.另外,我们提出不同用途、不同剂型化妆品的刺激性存在明显差异(P<0.05),故其评价标准应有所区别.

Abstract: The authors analysed the results of the multiple irrtant skin tests in guinea pigs,which assessed the irritation of the cosmetics (included 2 categories, 3 forms and 32 kinds) with half-quantity method.We found that the multiple skin irritant index grade was linearly correlated with the histological scale grade (r=0.997, P<0.01).These results showed that the ir ritant extent of cosmetics might be evaluated by the multiple skin irritant index grade or the histological scale grade.The irritation of various forms of cosmetics was different significantly (P<0.05).The authors suggest that the evaluation standard of irritation of cosmetics must be different in each form of cosmetics.
