光敏性皮炎50例分析

摘要： 对50例光敏性皮炎进行了分析,其中仅6例发病原因明确,余均无明确的光敏物质接触史.在无明确病因的病人中,有25例呈季节性发病,19例发病无季节性,但其中7例在早期呈季节性发病,后渐转变为无季节性.有44例进行了光敏试验,全部病例对UVA的敏感性均明显增加,约半数患者对UVH的敏感性也增高.

Abstract: Fifty patients with photodermatitis were analysed.Definite causes were found only in 6 Cases,while no definite cause in the remains.In 25 cases with no definite cause the disease attacked seasonally in spring and summer,but 7 of them were attacking unseasonally later.phototest was performed on 44 cases,all of them were sensitive to UVA,and half of Chem sensitive to UVB also.
