摘要: 本实验测定了不同月龄小鼠皮肤超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量.发现3月龄小鼠皮肤SOD含量最高.MD人含量最低.随月龄增加.皮肤SOD含量明显下降.MDA含量明显升高.紫外线照射后.小鼠皮肤SOD含量明显降低.MDA含里明显升高.提示皮肤老化与自由基损伤作用有关.紫外线照射可加速皮肤老化进程.

Abstract: The cutaneous levels of malondialdehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase (S0D) in mice of various month age were determinaed.The results showed that in young mice,the cutaneous level of SOD was the highest and MDA was the lowest.With the increasing of age,the levels of SOD decreased and MDA increased gradually.After UVA irradiation,the csitaneous level of SOD decreased and then the level of MBA increased significantly,It suggests that free radical damage shay play an important role in skin aging,and ultraviolet irradiation can accelerate the process of skin.
