五种化合物对白念珠菌芽管厚壁孢子及核酸代谢的影响

摘要: 观察了5种化合物对白念珠菌芽管、厚壁抱子及核酸代谢的影响.结果MgCl2和CsCl2对芽管形成有促进作用,而Na2SeO3, CdI2和CuCl2则为抑制作用,与酮康哇相似.MgCl2促进厚盆抱子形成,但CsCl2. CuCl2, Na2SeO3和CdI2为抑制作用,应用3H-TdR娜入岛观察月M解耘和CsCl2促进核酸代谢而CuCl2,Na2SeO3和CdI2则表现抑制作用,且随浓度增商,抑翻作用增强,与雨康哇相似.

Abstract: The effects of five chemical compounds on germ tube formation, chlamydospore formation and nucleic acid metabolism of Candida albicans were observed. The result showed that MgCl2 and CsCl2 could promote germ tube formation. Na2SeO3,CdI2 and CuCl2 inhibited germ tube formation as ketooonazole did. MgCl2 promoted chalmydospore formation, but CsCl2, CuCl2, Na2SeO3 and,CdI2 inhibited it. By the method of incorporation with 3H-TdR, we observed the effects of five chemical compounds on nucleic acid metabolism of Cantdida albicanc. The results showed that MgCl2 and CsCl2 promoted nucleic acid metabolism, CuCl2, Na2SeO3 and CdI2 inhibited the metabolism, the higher the concentration,the stronger the inhibition was, showing the same effect as ketoconazole.
