SLE抗心磷脂抗体和凝血功能检测

摘要： 酶联免疫吸附试验检测27例SLE患者抗心磷脂抗体水平,同时测定凝血功能.结果示SLE患者抗心磷脂抗体水平和阳性率较正常人、银屑病、皮肌炎和进行性系统性硬化症等患者均显著增高,而且SLE患者疾病活动指教与抗心磷脂抗体(IgG)水平呈显著性正相关.SLE患者的凝血功能异常改变主要为纤维蛋白降解产物、纤维蛋白原的增高、白陶土部份凝血活酶时间延长或缩短等.但各项异常的凝血功能指标与相应的血清抗心磷脂抗体水平未见有相关性.同时对有关影响因素进行了讨论.

Abstract: Anticardialipin antibody level was measured by ELISA in 27 patients with SLB, 20 psoriasis, 16 dermatomyositis, 10 progressive systemic sclerosis, 54 normal controls. Blood coagulation changes were also investigated in SLE patients. The results show that not only the level and positive rate of anticardiolipin antibody in SLE were significantly higher than those of other groups, but also the index of disease activity correlated positively with the level of anticar-diolipin antibody in SLE patients. Abnormal blood coagulation changes most often observed in these patients were the increase of FDP and Fbg, prolonged or shortened KPTT time, etc. However, no significant correlationship was observed between the blood coagulation paramcters and the level of anticardiolipin autibody. The factors concerned were discussed.
