摘要： 用^99mTc-MIBI心肌血流灌注断层显像等方法,对SLE病人心胜有无雷诺现象(RP)进行了探讨.RP组10例中9例在冷刺激后显示有暂时性心肌缺血加重的现象,无RP的对照组14例中仅1例有此现象但与二尖瓣脱垂有关.我们认为,本研究RP病人中,与肢端RP伴轰的暂时性心肌缺血,是心脏的RP.对116例SLE病人心胜损害的分析表明,具有RP的病人心肌炎的发生率显著高于无RP的病人,提示心脏RP可能会对病人的心肌造成损害.

Abstract: The cardiac manifestation in SLE patients with Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) was studied by ^99mTc MIBI myocardial SPELT and so on. At the onset of cold-induced RP, 9 of 10 cases in RP group had reversible myocardial ischemia. At the mean time, only one of the 10 patients in control group had such an ischemia but it was related to the mural valve prolapse. We considered that the reversible myocardial ischemia accompanied with digital RP in patients with RP may be a cardiac RP. To investigate if RP may have a harmful effect on the heart of the patients, the cardiac involvement of 116 SLE patients with and without RP were analysed. As a result, the prevalence of myocarditis in patients with RP was significantly higher than that in patients without RP. It suggests that the cardiac RP may be one of the reasons that causes the disorder.
