人体表皮分层剥离电子扫描术及其意义

摘要: 应用国产502胶(α-氰基丙烯酸乙酷)作枯合剂,对人体表皮进行分层剥离,经样品制备.在SEM下观察表皮各层横切面水平的细胞表面超徽结构.结果在皮僻、颗粒细胞、马尔匹基层及皮肤附件等均发现一些新的超微结构图象,初步应用于银屑病,DLE,浅部真菌病的临床研究,取得良好效果.

Abstract: Human epiderrnis was stripped Iayer by layer with an adhesive,and the ultrastructure of the cell surface of each layer was observed in a horizontal plane under SEM.Some new pictures of ultrastructure were found on skin ridges,granular cells,prickle cells and epidermal aphendages.This method was used in the study of DLE,psoriasis and superficial fungal infections with good results.
