酸性液基法快速分离鉴定白念珠菌

摘要: 探讨了22株标准菌株和91株临床分离株的耐酸与耐碱性,并用酸性液基法(pH1.55),酸碱液基法印(PH1.55和pH8,5)与简化鉴定法平行分离鉴定165份临床标本.结果表明自念珠菌较其它菌有更明显的耐酸性(pH1.55,有的1.40)和耐碱性(pH8.5).我们建立的酸性液燕法或酸碱液基法可用于分离鉴定白念珠菌,以前法为好.它具有快速、简单、准确和易于判定结果等优点.

Abstract: Acid tolerance and alkaline tolerance of 21 standard strains and 91 clinical strains of Candica spp.were studied and 165 clinical specimens were isolated and identified simultaneously by acid liquid method(PH 1.55)acid-alkaline liquid method(PH 1.55 and pH 8.5) and simplified identification method.The results showed that the acid tolerance(pH 1.55 or pH 1.40)and alkaline tolerance(pH 8.5) of C.alhicans were.more significant than those of other Candida spp.Acid liquid method or aeid-alkaline liquid method dcveloped in the paper can isolate and identify Candida albicans.The former is better,fast,simples accurate and easy to read.
