乳腺和乳腺外Paget病c-erbB-2癌基因的表达及其意义

c-erbB-2 Oncoprotein Expression in Mammerry and Extramammary Paget’s Diseases

摘要： 应用抗c-erbB-2痛基因产物抗血清21N对17例乳腺Puget病(MPb)和22例乳腺外Paget病(EMPD)进行了免疫组织化学染色.结果显示,大部分MPD病例的Psget细胞(13/17)显示c-erbB-2基因阳性,而EMPD则仅少数病例阳性(5/22);乳头下或真皮内导管癌的染色情况基本同表皮Paget细胞染色情况对应.以结果显示MPD和EMPD来源可能不太相同.前者大部分来源于乳腺导管癌,向表皮浸润.后者则大部分来自表皮本身.并就MPD和EMPD的其它来原,以及应用c-erbP-2基因对MPD及EMPD进行临床诊断和监测复发的可能性进行了讨论.

Abstract: Sections of formalin-faced,garaffin-embedded tumour tissues from 17 cases of mamerasry Paget's disease (MPD) and 22 cases of extramatnmary Paget's disease (EMPD) were stained immeanohistochemically easing a polycloraal antibody 21N,which was raised against a synthetic peptide of predicted sequence of the c-erbB-2 oncoprotein product.
