白塞病患者免疫功能分析

摘要： 用单克隆执体间接免疫荧光法检侧了22例白塞病患者和30例健康人外周血T细胞及其亚群、B细胞和DR细胞,采用3H-TdR掺入法测定外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)对各种有丝分裂原刺激的应答反应.结果表明患者外周血CD3+,CD4+细胞百分率明显降低,CD8+细胞亦轻度人降低,PB MC对各种有丝分裂原刺激的应答反应性低下.患者血清IgG、IgA,IgM和C3与正常群比较,无显著性差异.提示白塞病患者细胞免疫功能异常.

Abstract: Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) with monoclonal antibody was employed to test the T cells and T-cell subsets, B cells, DR cells in the peripheral blood of 22 patients with Behcet's disease and 30 normal healthy controls.
