蕈样肉芽肿的半薄切片定量诊断

摘要： 对20例单样肉芽肿(MF),19例良性慢性皮肤疾患以及3例可疑MF皮损的半薄切片,在光镜下对浸润中淋巴样细胞直接进行定量检测.结果表明,光镜半薄切片结合形态定量分析的恶性指标:①核锐角凹陷数为.(NIs=0)的淋巴样细胞百分率<15%,②平均核外廓指数(mNCl)>4.80,⑧NCl>5.0的细胞数>33%,④最大NCI(NClmax) >8.0,⑤第25及第70百分位淋巴样细胞的NCI值(NCIP25+P70),上述指标能够将良恶性鉴别开.与以往的电镜超薄切片研究相比,光镜半薄切片定量分析简捷,经济,利于推广.

Abstract: In order to improve the cytological criteria for the early diagnosis of cvtaneous T-cell lymphomas,a number of morphometric assesments in semithin sections have been performed under the light microscope on the infiltrates of lymphoid cells in twenty cases of overt mycosis fungoides (MF),nineteen well-defined benign dermatases and three suspected MF.
