寻常性鱼鳞病的遗传方式分析

摘要： 对295例寻常性鱼鳞病(IV)的102个家系作了遗传学分析.将每一家系分为若干核心家系进行分析.结果发现IV有3种遗传方式:AD,AR和XR,遗传构成比分别为67,65%,15.69%和15.3%,AD中伴有外显不全,外显率为0,8821.本研究还对基因型频率、基因濒率及杂合子频率进行了计算.对各类家系的遗传风险率进行了估计,并对各种遗传方式进行了讨论.

Abstract: Genetic mode in 102 families with ichthysis vulgaris was analysed. It was found that three genetic modes including AD, AR and XR were present in ichthyosis vulgaris. Incomplete penetrance was associated with some AD cases, and the penetrance was 0.8821.
