皮肤恶性淋巴瘤和假性淋巴瘤皮损中核仁组成区蛋白

AgNORs in skin lesions of cutaneous malignant lymphomas and pseudolymphomas

摘要： 应用银染核仁组成尽蛋白(ABNOks)计数71例皮肤恶性淋巴瘤(CML)和9例皮肤恶性淋巴瘤(CPL)的200个淋巴样细胞核中AgNORs,并算出均值和均数的标准误,结果示22例蕈样肉芽肿(MF)Ix±s为1,17±0.09,24例MFⅡ为1,17±0.01,4例MFⅢ为3.55±0.87,1例Sézury综合征(SS)为1.52,10例非MF,SS之皮肤外周T细胞淋巴瘤(CPTL)为2.55±1.11,10例皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤(CHCL)为2,18±0.18和CPL为1.17±0.1,统计学上CML包括MFI、CPTL,CBCL及SS,与CPL相比有极显著差异(P<0.001).MFⅢ和CBCL以及特别是皮肤外周T细胞淋巴瘤中肿瘤期(MFⅢ和CPTL)与瘤前期MFⅠ和MFⅡ也有显著差异(前者P<0.01,后者P<0.001).虽然AgNORs技术仍处于研究阶段,但根据上述结果表明此法有助于鉴别CML和CPS但无助于区分MFI和MFⅡ与CPL.

Abstract: This paper reports the results of the means and standard errors of the means of the AgNORs to 200 nuclei of lymphoid cells scored in 71 cases with cutanexus malignant lymphomas (CML) sad 8 cases with cutaneous pseudolymphomas (CPL).
