基底细胞癌的神经内分泌分化现象

Neuroendocrine differentiation in basal cell carcinoma of the skin:an immunohistochemical study

摘要: 对40例皮肤基底细胞癌进行了神经特异性烯醉化酶(NSE),降钙素、胃泌素和生长激素抑制素的免疫组织化学标记.结果表明在9例肿瘤细胞巢中有NSE灶性阳性,9例肿瘤巢外或巢内可见散在阳性细胞.降钙素染色有2例灶性阳性;胃泌素有4例阳性,而生长激素抑制素则有3例显示小灶性阳性.作者认为癌巢中神经内分泌标记灶性阳性是肿瘤细胞向神经内分泌方向分化的结果,体现了基底细胞或相应肿瘤千细胞多向分化潜能的特点,也意味着恶性肿瘤细胞能通过自身分泌,构成自主生长的调节.

Abstract: Paraffin sections of 90 cases of basal cell carcinoma of skin were immunoltistaehomically studiod with neuro-specific enolase (NSE), calcitonin,gastrin and samatostatln for evalutation of their neuroendocrine differentiation. Multifocal positivities in cancer. nests were shown with NSE staining in nitta casts,with calcitonin in two cases,with gastrin in four cases and three with somatostatin.
