尖锐湿疣患者皮损中人乳头瘤病毒核酸检测分析

Detection of human papilloma virus DNA sequences in condyloma acuminata

摘要: 应用HPV6b,HPV11,HPV16和HPV18型DNA探针,对48例生殖器尖锐湿疣和15例正常宫颈组织进行核酸序列检测.结果:尖锐湿疣HPY各型总阳性例数为42例(87.5%),而正常宫颈组织HPV各型均阴性,尖锐湿疣HPV6b,11,16,18型探针检出率分别为68.8%,79.2%,43.8%,14.6%,提示本组病例以HPV11和HPV6b型感染为主.男女性患者各型探针阳性率基本相近.并发现本组病例以二型以上混合感染多见.

Abstract: Forty-eight biopsies from genital condyloma acuminata were examined for the presenca of human papilloma virus ( HPV)DNA sequences by dot blot hybridization with HPY-6b,HPV-11,HPV-16 and HPV-18 DNA probes. The results showed that 42 of 48 cases wets positive for HPV DNA sequences (87.56%). Among them,thc detective rates of HPV-6b,HPV-11,HPV-16 and HPV-18 DNA squenoea wore 68.8%.79.2%,43.8% and 14.6%,respectively.
