国产甲氟哌酸的抗麻风菌活性及其治疗多菌型麻风的疗效观察

Activity of Home-made Pefioxacin M.Leprae In Mice and Its Preliminary Effecto in the Treatment of Multibaciilary Leprosy

摘要： 报告国产甲氟哌酸(PFLO)的抗麻风作用.鼠足垫实验研究显示以PFLO150mg/kg管饲给药80天,可使小鼠足垫内麻风菌生长推迟138天,杀菌率为97.08%.12例新发未治多菌型患者,口服PFLO800mg/d,疗程6个月.结果示临床疗效显著.治疗3个月时,细菌形态指数降至0%,疗程结束时,细菌指数较疗前下降了0.54.疗程中,全部患者对药物耐受良好.本研究结果提示国产PFLO抗麻风作用与国外报告的相似.

Abstract: This paper report, the effects of home-made pefloxacin (PFLO) in the treatment of leprosy. The result showed that the growth delay of M.leprae in foot pads of infected mice after treatment with PFLO 150mg /kg daily for 80 days was 138 days with the bactericidal rate of 97.08%, Twelve previously untreWed multibacillary patients received orally PFLO 800mg/day for 6months.
