摘要： 用生物素结合凝集素-亲合素过氧化酶法研究14种凝集素在基底细胞上皮瘤、鳞癌、光线性角化病,Boven病及Paget病的结合形式.结果提示刀豆凝集素、双花扁豆凝集素及蓖麻凝集素与恶变细胞结合形式改变,麦胚凝集素、花生凝集素、扁豆凝集素、菜豆凝集素及豌豆凝集素可能区分基底细胞和鳞状细胞肿瘤的起源,西非单叶豆凝集素和双花扁豆凝集素对Psget病可能有诊断价值.

Abstract: Lectin binding patterns in basal cell epitheliomia,squamous cell carcinoma,solar keratosis,Bowen's disease and Paget's disease were studied using 14 biotinyl lectins with the avidin-biacin-peroxidase complex method.
