三种疣皮损内浸润细胞免疫表型的比较研究

摘要： 应用ABC技术及多种单克隆抗体对70例3种不同临床类型的疣皮损浸润细胞的免疫表型进行了分析.结采除少数皮损I2+树枝状细咆增多外,其余皮损表皮I2+树技状细胞减少或缺如,且真表皮I2+树枝状细胞均发生形态、分布和免疫表型的变化,这些变化可能是由HPY的直接细胞毒作用所致.部份消退期寻常疣和扁平疣表皮角朊细胞表达I2抗原.3种优真皮内T4+/T8+比率均较正常对照显著降低.结合HPV分型,作者对3种疣的不同的免投病理状进行了讨论.

Abstract: Wart lesions taken from 70 patients with three kinds of wart were studied by ASC-technique with monoclonal antibodies specific for T-cell aubscts, B-cell and HLA-DR antigen. Fxaept far a few lesions the epidersnai I2+ dendritic cells were reduced or absent in majority of iesions. Epidermal and dermal I2+ dendritic cells also showed ehauges in morphology, distribution and imtnunotype. These alterations may be caused by the direct cytotoxic effect of HPV. Keratinocytea in some regressing verruca vulgaris and plane warts expressed I2 antigen. The ratio of T4+/T8+ degassed significan内izt the dermal infilirates of three kinds of warts. The authors discus sed the different status of immunopathology, stressing the importazzcc of various types of HPY.
