摘要： 测定了35例疱疮患者血中双氢睾酮、睾酮及雌二醇的水平,并测定了其中20例患者的背部痤疮损害与无损害皮肤组织匀组中双氢睾酮含量.结果表明:①男性患者血中双氢睾酮水平明显高于正常对照组,而女性患者略增高.②患者血中睾酮及雌二醇的变化不显著.③男女痤疮患者的损害区及无损害区皮映组织中双氢睾酮的含量明显高于正常对照组.从而提示痤疮发病主要原因可能在于皮肤组织中双氢睾酮的合成增多.

Abstract: in this study, we determined the plasma levels of testosterone and dihydrotestosterone and estrogen in 35 patients with acne and 27 normal subjects with RIA. Dihydrotestoster-one level from the skin specimens of the inter-scapular lesional and uninvolved region from 20 of 35 patients with acne and l0 normal conuols were also assaved.
