摘要： 通过对28例痣细胞痣(简称色痣)的液氮冷冻实验,并对冷冻60秒和30秒的组织于冷冻后5分钟至4周内的不同时期以及冷冻后未愈4个月和1年的色痣进行了组织学观察,结果观察早痣和皮肤组织的渗出、变性、坏死及皮肤再生修复的过程.表明痣冷冻时间以60秒左右为宜,冷冻后的痣细胞未见到恶变.

Abstract: The histopathological changes biopsy specimens of 28 cases of nevus cell nevi were observed at 5 minutes, 1, 2, and 24 hours, 1,2,3, and 4 weeks respectively after liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for 30 and 60 seconds.
