摘要： 应用ABC免疫过氧化酶技术和单克隆抗体检查了一些良、恶性皮肤上皮性肿瘤中表皮内角肮细抱及巢集内肿瘤细胞Ⅱ类抗原的表达.发现一部分脂溢性角化病、疣状痣,基底细胞癌和鳞癌表皮内角阮细胞表达Ⅱ类抗原;鳞癌和鲍温病的癌细胞和异型细胞也可表达I类抗原.同时探讨了此种Ⅱ类抗原表达的意义.

Abstract: In this study we report the observations of class Ⅱ antigen expression on some benign and malignant epithelial tumors of the skin by an ABC immunoperoxidase technique using monoclonal antibodies.
