摘要： 5%心得安乳剂涂于豚鼠耳部,形成银屑病样病理变化,其组织学改变有:角化过度,广泛或灶状角化不全,角层内有多形核细胞小脓疡,颗粒层广泛或灶状消失,棘层增厚,表皮突延长,真皮上层有单一核细胞及多形核细胞浸润.这些改变比Gaylarde等于豚鼠侧背部皮肤所致的改变更近似人类银屑病的病理改变.这些组织学改变与实验性刺激性皮炎有明显的不同.本实验结果提示尹肾上腺能受体一腺普环化酶复合体与银屑病发病机理之间的关系.

Abstract: A psoriasiform hiatopathological changes consisted, hyperkergtosis with extensive or focal parakeratosis, collection of polymorp-bonuclears in the cornified layer forming mic-reabscess, extensive or focal thinming or absence of the granular layer.
