大疱及水疱性皮肤病疱液中胶原蛋白酶和弹性蛋白酶活力及纤维结合蛋白的测定及其意义

摘要： 报道了29例大疱及水疱性皮肤病和11例烫伤疱液中胶原蛋白酶、弹性蛋白酶和纤维结合蛋自(FN)的检侧结果,发现隐性遗传营养不良型大疱性表皮松解症(RDEH)疱液中胶原蛋白酶活力明显升高,带状疱疹(HZ)疱液中弹性蛋白醛活力升高明显,天疱疮(P)疱液中二种酶活力升高均较明显,而其它疱液中仅轻度升高,P疱液中FN浓度高于烫伤组(P<0.05);说明两种蛋白酶均不同程度地参与了水疱的形成,这对疾病发病机理的研究及疾病的诊治有一定的指导意义,疱液中胶原蛋自酶活力急剧升高可作为皮损继发感染的指标.

Abstract: Callagenase, elastase activities and fibranectin (FN) concentrations are investigated in the bliister fluids from 29 patents with vesieulo-bullous discuses and 11 cases of burn as control. The results showed that collagenase actiroities were significantly increased in recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (RDEB);elastase activities were high in herpes zoster (HZ).
