摘要： 作者用显微操作法单孢子培养技术,鉴定了一株异型羊毛样小孢子菌.该菌株外观似羊毛样小孢子菌,但其大分生孢子多数呈各种弯曲型,少致呈正常型.用该法分别摘取单个弯自型七、正常型大分生孢子及小分生孢子,进行单孢子培养,结果均见有弯曲型及正常型大分生孢子,且此两种形态之大分生孢子各占半数左右.大分生孢子的平均长度及宽度,与典型羊毛样小孢子菌的大分生孢子比较,略显细长,但均在正常范围之内,故将该菌株鉴定为异型羊毛样小孢子菌.

Abstract: This paper reports successful identification of an atypical strain of M.cams with monospore culture by micromanipulation.The appearance of the strain was similar to M.cams, but most of its macrooonidia were bended, and a few were in the form of normal tnicroconidia.
