摘要： 在国内首次建立了双夹心固相酶联免疫吸附侧定法(ELISA)检测新型隐球菌荚膜多糖抗原,并初步应用于临床诊断隐球菌性脑膜炎.本方法敏感度达到国外目前同类研究水平,较国内的血凝法敏感、客观,是一具有较大发展前途的新诊断法.

Abstract: We report the estahlischment of a double Sandwich solid phase ELISA for detecting the antigen of C.ncoformarss capsular poIysaocharide (GGP) and its preliminary clinical application in diagnosing cryptococcal meningitis.It is the first report in our country.
