摘要： 本文应用ABC技术,发现脂溢性角化症、疣状痣、鲍温病、基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌、恶性黑素瘤、孢子丝菌病及伴炎细胞浸润的痣细胞痣的病损处角朊细胞可见OKM5而无OKM1抗原表达.我们推测人类角朊细胞在皮肤病的免疫应答中起着一定的作用,并且很可能具有抗原提呈细胞的功能.

Abstract: Employing an avidin-biotin complex im-munoperoxidase technique, it was faund that there was OKM5 but no OKM1 aratigen expression on keratiaocytes in lesions of seborrheic keratosis, verrucaus nevus, Bowen's disease, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma and sporo-trichosis as well as melanocytic nevus with inflammation.
