摘要： 本文检测了56例活动期SLE患者和57例健康献血员PBMC的某些免疫指标.结果表明,与正常对照组相比,SLE患者B细胞数升高(P<0.05),CD4+细胞数降低(P<0.05),CD8+细胞数显著升高(P<0.001).CD4+/CD8+比值显著下降(P<0.001).NK细胞活性明显下降(P<0.001),患者NK活性与B细胞数呈显著负相关(P<0.001).这些结果提示,SLE患者的确存在着多种免疫调节功能的紊乱.本文对此进行了讨论.

Abstract: The imrnunological parameters of PBMC were determined in fifty-six patients with active SLE and fifty-seven healthy controls. The results showed that the percentages of B cells aad CD8+ cells were higher in the patients than in the controls (P<0.05 and P<0.001, respectivity).
