皮肤癌和非癌疾病表皮细胞核的DNA含量的流式细胞光度分析

Flow cytometry analysis of epithelial cell DNA content in skin cancers and non-cancer diseases

摘要: 本文应用流式细胞术(Flow Cptometry,FCM)对55例皮肤癌和非癌疾病皮损处的表皮单细胞悬液检测其细胞核的DNA含量.检测的结果表明:皮肤筋组的DN人指数为0.79~1.83,而非癌疾病的表皮细胞核DNA含量均在正常二倍体范围内,但是S期和G2+M期的百分率较正常皮肤高,并发现基底细胞癌的DNA含童与病理组织学有关.侵袭型基底细胞癌多呈溃疡和局部浸润,其DNA含量高,为异倍体;而团块型和腺样型基底细胞痛的病理形态呈癌细胞分化良好和低度恶性,DNA含量为二倍体或近二倍体模式.FCM的DNA含量检侧在临床方面主要用于研究细胞生物学特征,对指导正确治疗和判定预后等均有重要价值.

Abstract: Nuclear DNA content of epithelial cells of the lesions of 95 patients with skis caucers and non-cancer diseases was determined by flow cytometry (FCM). The results indicated that:the DNA Index of cancer group ranged from 0.79 to 1.83, and that of non-cancer grove was in normal range.
