银屑病基底细胞及基底膜带的损伤

摘要： 应用抗基底细胞及基底膜带的单克隆抗体A420-1.2作间接免疫荧光检侧法,并用Gordon-Sweet银染法和透射电镜对不同时期的银屑病患者进行观察,结果3种方法均见到进行期患者的基底细胞及基底膜带有明显的损伤,以乳头顶端为著,静止期患者损伤程度较轻,而退行期则近似正常.可知,基底细胞及基底膜带的损伤与银屑病的病情平行.

Abstract: The basal lceratinocytes and basemeat membrane zone of psoriasis were studied by monoclonal antibodis-A 420-1.2 with indirect immunofluoresccnce assay, Gordon-Sweet' silver stain and transmission electron micro-scope. We found that basal keratinocytes and basement membrane zone were injured seriously in the active stage, Gut in resting stage the injury was of mild degree, and in the convalescent stage nearly no injury was observed. It is the authots' opinion that the injury of basal kcratinoeytes and basement membrane zone correlates with the severity of the disease.
