摘要： 本文介绍了人表皮角朊细胞的分离、培养和鉴定的方法。我们对活检或外科手术取得的成人皮肤标本制取大量角朊细胞的技术进行了改良,使之更为简便有效,并成功地进行了人表皮角朊细胞的原代和传代培养,对培养中的角朊细胞的形态和生物学特性作了描述。

Abstract: This article reports the methods of isolation, culture and identification of human epidermal keratinocytes. We improved the techniques for obtaining large quantities of keratinocytes from sectiom of adult skin by biopsy or surgical operation. The methods are simple, effective,and also successful in obtaining both primary cultures and serial cultivations of human epidermal keratinocytes. The morphology and biological characteristics of keratinocytes in culture were described.
