32株淋球菌的分离及其对抗生素的敏感性测定

摘要： 作者于1988年3月10到4月23口从沈阳市就诊的急性尿道炎、阴道炎和结膜炎患者中分离了32株淋球菌,并用纸片法测定其对抗生素的敏感性.测定结果对先锋谁索V和庆大霖素的敏感率达100%,痢特灵敏感率96.9%,青毒素G感率87.5%,土霉素敏感率75%,红霉素敏感率65.6%义方新诺明敏感率37.5%.本文还对淋球菌分离培养的条件及对耐青霉索淋球菌的流行趋势做了讨论.

Abstract: Thirty two strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were isolated from the patients with acute urcthritis,vaginitisandconjunctivitis in Shenyang city from March 10,1988 to April 23,1988.The sensitivity of the isolates to antibotics was determined by disc method.The results showed that the sensitivity rate of the gonococd to penicillin G was 87.5%,gentamycin 100%,cefazolin sodium 100%,furazolidone 96.9%,terramcin 75%,erythjromycin 65.6%,and sulfamethoxa,zol (SMG Go) 37.5%.In this paper the conditions to facilitate the gonococcus isolation and the tendency of prevalence of PPNG were discussed.
